What do I need to join the program?

You don’t really need anything to get going. If you join our personalized nutrition & lifestyle coaching program we do recommend a Smart Body Composition Scale to measure weight, body fat, muscle mass and total body water, but we can talk about that later.

To be successful, you do need a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timed deadline, but we will work on that together also!

Do I need to join a gym?

No, we do have a fitness location in the San Francisco Bay Area (Belmont, Ca) but most of our clients Post Covid live all over the world and do our Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Program and Virtual Fitness Program. You can workout in your garage or living room, work gym, local box gym or get your movement outside. Many of our clients already have a fitness program they like but are not getting the results they desire or have injuries. They come to us for a more personalized, comprehensive program that includes Accountability Coaching, Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies & Specific Fitness Programming for stress &  pain reduction and performance enhancement.

How soon will I start losing weight?

Generally speaking any nutrition program you do will give you instant gratification and weight loss. Unfortunately weight loss becomes challenging with time given most dietary programs are low in calories, too restrictive and are not specific for the individual.

Those programs focused on fitness only have limited weight loss benefits and often times lead to injury given exercise intensity is too intense and the volume of training is more than people can handle.

Most of our clients lose between 3-10 pounds in the first week without dieting or counting calories by reducing inflammatory foods. Weight loss typically continues weeks 2 & 3 and stabilizes for many for a couple weeks before it starts going down again.

How is this program different from other weight loss/transformation programs?

We take a holistic approach to weight loss, fat loss, pain reduction, stress reduction and optimizing performance. We are interested in helping our clients improve their lifestyle for LIFE! We do this by helping our coaching clients create daily rituals for their 7 Daily Primal Needs: conscious breathing, hydration, sleep, food, relationships, mindset and movement.

Nutrition is very important, but we believe that there are 3 variables more important than nutrition: breathing efficiency, hydration and sleep. We will get into this more deeply, but we will argue that your mindset is also more important than your nutrition. Without a growth mindset, you will not focus on meal prep and eating the right foods for you for too long.

We have a complete weight loss/transformation system: Daily Accountability, Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategies and a Virtual Fitness Program that can be done anywhere in the world. We also have in- person workouts in the San Francisco Bay Area.

It’s almost 2023! There is no reason to restrict calories and starve when we can use technology to make better decisions.

Lastly, given most people have digestive and inflammatory issues (bloating, gas, heartburn, constipation, loose stools, joint/muscle pain, etc) we typically introduce our clients to our anti-inflammatory nutrition model. This has proven to be successful for the last 23 years with over 100K+ clients. Most clients reduce their toxicity, inflammation, digestive issues and other symptoms 50-75% in only 21 days.

On rare occasions when our clients are not getting the results we hope for we can do additional lab testing (food sensitivity, DNA, etc) to get more clarity, so we can give even better and more precise coaching. We may also partner with other health care practitioners as needed.

Is this a personal or group program?

We offer both a personal and group coaching program. We highly recommend a personal coaching program and feel a personalized model is best for all but we do understand that budget can be a limitation for some. Our personalized nutrition & lifestyle coaching program includes biweekly 1:1 coaching calls and our RESULTS GUARANTEE. Both programs include daily accountability check-ins, so even our group option is personalized more than other programs.

Do I get support when I hit a plateau?

Yes, you will get support daily that will keep you progressing over time. We will work through plateaus together and you will receive strategies to minimize them. You will never feel alone on your journey again.

Can I still eat out?

Yes, we will teach you what is best for you to order when you go out or if you prefer to deviate on a given meal or day we will provide you strategies on how to be a better cheater. 

I travel a lot and also have a lot of events coming up. And now that I think about it, there are a few holidays coming up also. I don’t think this is a good time to start a new program?

The best time to implement movement, nutrition & lifestyle strategies was when you were a baby. Unfortunately, most parents did not instill healthy models, so the sooner you can get educated and become aware about what you need to heal and thrive the better.

Although it may seem hard to change old habits to more favorable rituals, we have found it only takes 3-5 days to break your old habits with new and better rituals.

We believe if you want more from life… if you want to be healthy and fit now, then now is the time for change. You must take action when you want more out of life or this feeling will soon fade and you will keep living life as you were with the same results.

We will teach you strategies on how to win while traveling, at events and during the holidays. You will no longer fear gaining weight or not being able to exercise during these times because you will know exactly how to get right back on the plan if you get thrown off from your typical daily routines.

I am not very motivated to reach my goals. I don’t want to waste my money?

Motivation is fleeting and is influenced by many variables. First of all, you must get clear on what you want and why you want it. If you need some help with your what and why, we can help you. I don’t like working out. Do I have to?

Although we believe you need to sit less, stand more and move even more, exercise has very little influence on your weight and body fat. Working out is most important for your mental- emotional state. You will generally feel better after you get your body moving. That doesn’t mean you need to do high intensity training or spend hours in the gym. We would love for you to do strength work at least 2x per week; however, we recommend you find something you enjoy that moves your body at least 30 minutes each day. How about a walk? Dancing? Gardening? Stretching? We will work together to create a weekly movement plan that can be simple or more involved.

What happens after the program ends?

You will be armed and dangerous with a vast amount of education and awareness to make the best decisions possible to keep you and your family healthy and fit for life. And if you want to continue with us after the initial program we will keep working on your new goals together!
